We are going to discover this nugget of the Northern Alps by riding our E-bikes on the most beautiful mountain tracks! We are here to enjoy ourselves, to meet other people who, like you, like to sit by a stream, to stop and enjoy a hot chocolate or a blueberry pie on a high altitude terrace, facing the magnificent landscapes of the Haute-Maurienne! Do you see this idyllic picture, perfect, a blade of grass in your teeth like Lucky Luke, lying on a flowery mountain pasture?
We love this place, we know the little places that will turn your stay into a real postcard (yes you can send one to your uncle, I promise). And to really enjoy and relax, we take you to the best refuges in the heart of the National Park to have some great breaks!

From the Mont-Cenis pass, we will enjoy the magical landscape of this lake with its turquoise waters. Yes we start strong, you know that this stay is going to be pil-poil what you hoped!

We leave quietly from Lanslevillard to go along the small gorges of the Arc, this torrent which devours all the slendid valley of the Haute-Maurienne. The name of this beautiful path? "Le chemin du Petit Bonheur", such is its name, yeah! And when you know that this massif is twinned with the Grand Paradis in Italy, we are not lying to you when we tell you that the stay is going to be anthology!
Then we headed to the Vallonbrun refuge perched at 2272m, long live the electric assistance to offer us such peaceful rides, while facing great landscapes! Moreover our refuge is right in front of the glaciers of the Mont-Cenis massif, we will be able to pour the small tear of happiness so much it is class!

Well yeah, we take you to the paradise! Yes okay, by E-bike it will be easier, and especially we will put you down at the beginning of a parking lot of altitude in order to take advantage a maximum of the heart of the National Park of the Vanoise. Direction the enchanted paths and tracks of the preserved valley of Entre-Deux-Eaux, where you will not finish turning your head in all directions so much that it is a hindrance! Beware of the stiff neck, the trip is not over yet!
Coming back on our steps, we will go up to the refuge of the White Lake to enjoy its terrace and its unforgettable panorama on its lake in front of the immense Glacier of the Vanoise. That's why we love the mountain, life is beautiful and we enjoy again and again these privileged moments.

This is our credo at Azimut: have fun, enjoy, live well while relaxing and taking advantage of a privileged moment around beautiful encounters in the mountains!

This is an example of an electric mountain bike tour in the Vanoise - Haute Maurienne valley. The weather conditions, the terrain and the level of the participants could lead the instructor to modify it or to do some itineraries in a different order, in different areas or in a border country.
We always do our best, but can't guarantee the exact time of arrival at the train station (due to traffic or weather conditions). Therefore we strongly recommend you to buy train tickets that can easily be modified. If you're travelling by car, we'll meet you at one of the indicated meeting points, or at one of the drop off points where you'll be able to leave your car for the entire trip.

Public parking free of charge can be found in Briançon and Oulx (both unattended).
You should be at ease with long and demanding descents. You're able to deal with hairpin bends and tackle back-breaking inclines, master your brakes, hop over small tricky sections (tree roots, rocks, steps). Descents are often long and sustained (but progressive as the week goes on), sometimes steep, often technically demanding, sometimes exposed sections but rarely dangerous. You'll end being an expert rider or maybe even an ace in mountain biking skills !
For keen and passionate mountain bikers or sporty people, who enjoy making efforts and regularly do an outdoor activity. You are sporty, are used to go out riding for a full day at least once a week and a maybe a few shorter outings in a week, at least a few weeks before you head off for a trip with us. Our rides will take you on quite long climbs where you may sometimes even have to push or carry your bike. Expect ascents between + 800 m & + 1400 m approx per day.
Good to know: if you don't have the skills and stamina required, the guide may ask you to leave the group for the well-being of the rest of the group. If any doubt, please do not hesitate to ask us !
